The past few seasons haven’t gone as planned for the STL Rams, but hopes are high as new owner TRCownage promises to bring the squad back to its 2000 form. When asked about the franchise outlook new owner TRCownage had to say, “We’re undergoing a youth movement right now and may be willing to move some big name veterans in order to acquire some youthful depth” . Though the team is undergoing changes owner TRCownage assures all rams fans that this will not be a wasted season. New Rams signee Sam Bradford is relieved after inking what is currently the largest rookie deal in NFL history. The 22 year old, finally healthy enough to take snaps, is set to earn $78 million over the next six years--$50 million of which is guaranteed. He will be competing for a starting position against veteran AJ Feeley, reports have circulated that Braford holds a slight edge. In trade news:The St.Louis Rams are said to be close to striking a three team deal with the Carolina panthers and New York Gaints. This deal involving veteran HB Steven Jackson being dealt for young gun Jonathan Stewart. When asked about the deal team owner TRCownage said," were moving a different way with our franchise, Jackson has been great for us, but we are very excited to see what Stewart can offer".
